Another Great year at the Subsea Tieback Forum. The Foundation along with its partners organized and sponsored our 7th Student Design Competition. We had 25 students from 4 universities and 5 campuses participate.
The competition took place over three days with 6 teams developing and presenting a solution to tieback 3 wells in challenging deepwater environment. Six industry professionals participated as consultants and subject matter experts in support of their efforts. Their presentations were judged by another 5 professionals who not only judged their work but provided valuable feedback and learnings for every team.
