We are so grateful for the support Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church Galveston!! 🐾

Members, family and friends of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church Galveston recently came together again to support Austin Elementary, our adopted school! We are thrilled to share that thanks to the incredible generosity of all who supported this effort, eight large bags of gently used children's clothing were delivered to the school to help students in need. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this impactful gift possible. We love supporting our adopted school, Austin Elementary! 🏫 and are so grateful for a church family that shines so bright in our community! This is how we start our mornings in Dr. Mena’s classroom! ❤️📚

Before diving into math, we take a few minutes to connect, participate, and build our classroom community. Activities like The Wave 🌊 and Lemonade 🍋 get students moving, smiling, and interacting with one another.

Because when students feel connected, included, and happy, they’re ready to learn! ❤️✨
