I have taught since 1994, have been playing professionally since 1978 It can be drum set or just snare for those evolving school players.

I teach either a 30 min lesson or an 60 min lesson the first lesson is free .The prices are very reasonable. I have a liberal approach as to make it interesting and varied according to interest and goals of the student. So prepare to be inspired.

Followed this guy since he was in his early teens, he did a phenomenal solo that started w brushes. Now this and he is exceeding his skill!!! Any students of mine will remember this guy as the guy with a ton of cymbals but it was an inspiration.

This is a tune by Ramsey Lewis who died today. A great jazz,R&B composer and writer. It's off of Don't It Feel Good a late 70s album of what later is called pocket jazz. But he also played traditional jazz and was earlier known for Grazin in the Grass. R.I.P.
