What will we talk about? πŸ€”
"In today’s busy world, people often overthink workouts and overlook physical health, feeling that staying fit requires long hours in the gym. We’re here to share a different perspective: investing in physical well-being doesn’t have to be daunting or time-consuming. In our talk, we’ll share personal experiences and simple strategies that we’ve integrated into our routines to maintain both physical and mental health. By prioritizing these small steps, we’ve seen positive impacts on our academic performance and overall quality of lifeβ€”and we believe you can too!"
