The Black Hawk College East Foundation helps facilitate the growth and development of the East Campus. Whether working with students to provide scholarship support, helping donors fulfill their philanthropic goals and suppo

rt of the college, or providing funds for program development or facilities enhancement, we are committed to securing resources in the interest of education. Established in 1968, our first project was to raise funds for a site for the establishment of a permanent campus and to establish a library. In the years after the campus was established, the foundation has provided support for the campus that includes scholarships, building projects, student apartments, equipment and numerous special projects. The Black Hawk College East Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of business partners, college staff and other professionals. Board members provide oversight and direction to enhance our mission, objectives and service we provide to the entire region.

Black Hawk College’s livestock judging teams delivered a historic 2025-26 season with major wins, top national finishes and strong showings at state and regional competitions, marking one of the most successful years in program history.

We got the privilege of spending the morning with this outstanding group of students from Black Hawk College - East Campus! These students are enrolled in the Beef Science class and helped us make sure some bulls are ready to meet some cows! This was the first time we have hosted this lab and we look forward to making it a yearly event!
