104th Annual Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial Association Rodeos - Stock - Request for Bid

RODEO DETAILS:
The Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial Association (GITICA) is soliciting bids for stock for the following Open Show Rodeo. Dates and times of performances and slacks are subject to change:
• Wednesday, August 5, 2026 – 7:00pm Iron Cowgirl
• Thursday, August 6, 2026 – 9:00am Timed Event Slack
• Thursday, August 6, 2026 – 7:30pm Rough Stock Slack
• Friday, August 7, 2026 – 1:30pm Performance
• Saturday, August 8, 2026 – 1:30pm Performance
• Sunday, August 9, 2026 – 11:30am Performance (Short Round/Old School)
The Rodeo will be held in Red Rock Park, Church Rock, New Mexico.

BID PACKET PREPARATION:
The bid packet must contain the following information and documents:
• Completed Stock Bid Application (Page 2)
• Signed Stock Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement (Page 3)
• Email application and waiver to [email protected] by Monday, April 13, 2026, at 1pm.

SELECTION: Winning bidder(s) will be notified by 5:00 p.m. MST on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, and will be required to sign a fixed-price service agreement within 3 business days after notification. Failure to sign the agreement will result in the award being offered to the next best bid. Once the agreement has been fully completed, the full amount will be paid at the conclusion of the rodeo. Winning bidder(s) shall provide a signed W-9 and invoice to the committee upon award.
