Tomorrow is our last meeting of the year! We will be meeting in Campus Center Meeting Room 4 at 4:45pm. Join us for pizza and refreshments as we close out the year.
Important things to remember for tomorrow:
-Budgets are due! Please come with a completed budget so that we can look over them.
-We are voting for the 2019-2020 executive board so if you are running, please attend. Everyone else come out and vote!

Congratulations to all student leaders and organizations who received a nomination for The Student Involvement Awards. The Stockton University Involvement Awards are an ideal way to recognize the many accomplishments and hard work of our student leaders and student organizations, as well as the faculty/staff advisors and mentors who work behind the scenes to allow our students to succeed.
Winners will be announced at the Student Involvement Awards Ceremony on Thursday, April 18, 2019 in the Campus Center Event Room. All student organization e-board members and their advisors are invited to pick up a free ticket for this event at the Campus Center Information Desk.
Hello everyone-
As some of you may be aware, GSC is working on changing the way we vote on yearly budgets. At our last meeting, attendees approved a change to our club’s constitution that will allow us to vote on next year’s individual program budgets before we leave for summer break next month.
We had originally planned on using the Student Senate’s OspreyHub form to have you complete your budgets. However, that form is no longer available on OspreyHub. Instead, we will be collecting the same information the form would have requested via a word document. Budgets will be due on Monday, April 22 at our final meeting of the year. As always, the meeting will be held at 4:45pm in Campus Center Meeting Room 4.
Your budget document should include:
-Program Title
-who from the organization is filling out the form/their contact info
Then, list as many expenses as you anticipate using the following format:
-Title of expense
-Brief Description of expense
-Total amount requested for expense
-What semester the expense will take place
After all expenses are listed, bold the total of all expenses at the bottom of your document. Email budgets to [email protected]
Please note that if you filled out the OspreyHub form before access was lost, you can present that form at the final meeting via your OspreyHub page.
BUDGETS ARE DUE MONDAY, APRIL 22 by 4:45pm.
