The Hughes Center at Stockton University and The Press of Atlantic City will co-sponsor an Oct. 22 debate between major-party candidates for the 2nd Congressional District race in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The one-hour debate between Republican incumbent Jeff Van Drew and Democratic challenger Zack Mullock will be held at 6 p.m. at Stockton University. The debate will be livestreamed on the Hughes Center, On New Jersey and The Press' websites. It will not have an in-person audience.

Members of the public can submit potential questions for the candidates by emailing the Hughes Center at [email protected] or emailing The Press of Atlantic City at [email protected]. Please put “CD2 Questions” in the subject line.

Panelists Nicholas Huba, digital editor for The Press, and Alyssa Maurice, assistant director for the Hughes Center, will pose questions to the candidates.
