Today is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women!

Comment how you celebrated self love today!!

I took a walk this morning and had a moment of meditation in my room with some candles!!

With Valentine’s Day coming up a little self love won’t hurt! Comment some of your favorite self-love tips and things to do below!

Now that the winter holidays are wrapping up we’d like to share a few tips and tricks with you all!
Here’s a quick guide to what helps, what doesn’t, and how to be more supportive of your plus-sized loved ones!
•What Does:
Being thoughtful about comments, avoiding body talk!
•What Doesn’t:
Commenting on what others are or are not eating.
•How to be more supportive:
Check in with your loved ones, but do it for them, not for their body or for weight that has been gained or lost.
•How to deal with unsupportive loved ones:
Remember that you’re not alone, loving yourself is the most important thing. The opinions of others that are based upon superficial features should not, and do not matter.
Stay away from drinks or parties if you’re not comfortable, bring in the New Year with the most important person in your life— you.
