A BIG Washington Wildcat Shout-Out to Mr. Christian Scott for leading a science lab with our 5th graders!
Mrs. Adams and her 5th grade science students were guided through the dissection of owl pellets.
A GREAT day of learning and fun was had by all! Thank you, Mr. Scott, for continuing to share your knowledge with us. 💙🐾⭐️

🚒🔥 It’s Fire Prevention Week, Wildcats! 🔥🚒

Washington Elementary sends a big Wildcat Shout-Out to the Gallipolis Fire Department, especially Captain Jeremy O'Dell, Firefighter Josh Angelo, and Explorer Autum Bocook, for helping our students learn about fire safety! We appreciate your dedication to our students and the work you do to keep our community safe. 💙🐾

Families, keep the learning going at home:

🏠 Make a family escape plan with two ways out of each room whenever possible.
🌳 Choose a safe meeting spot outside that everyone knows.
🚪 Keep doors, windows, and escape paths clear.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Practice your escape plan together so everyone knows what to do.

A few minutes of preparation can make a big difference in helping us Stay Safe...the Wildcat Way! 💙🐾
