Are you ready to make your middle school experience even more exciting? Join the Rucker Stewart Middle School Band and discover all the opportunities that come with being part of a great team!
Band is about much more than learning to play an instrument. It’s an opportunity to make new friends, develop confidence, learn valuable skills, and create memories that will last for years.
Never played an instrument before? That’s perfectly okay! Mr. Bansemer will guide you through the process and help you get started. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We’re hitting the streets to feed children and youth this summer! 🥪🍪🧃🍎🚙

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in June and July, we’ll be at 8 locations offering grab-n-go meals (breakfast and lunch) to children 18 and younger!

We’ll park at each location for 15 minutes before traveling to the next. Check the times for each location. Drive up, walk up, and spread the word!!

Congratulations to Rucker-Stewart’s 6th grade boys’ summer basketball team!

A HUGE THANK YOU to TransCore for its continuing community partnership with Rucker-Stewart. TransCore's previous donation of basketball hoops to the recess area is enjoyed by students daily.
This week, TransCore donated the supplies and provided the labor to build 2 raised gardens for RSMS's STEM program. The gardens will be used to grow crops for the Student Soap Shop. Thank you TransCore for your generosity!
