Super proud of the Early Bird crew this week! I switched things up and we started weighing weekly to aid with accountability. It’s working slowly but surely. Everyone has a different body type, but age range is similar. Goal get healthy while trimming down in the process!

When you’re coachable, the possibilities are endless!
The feeling seeing a kid smile because they accomplished something they didn’t believe they could do is awesome!

Not all kids are gifted athletically and some may even have other impairments, but if they have a great attitude and give effort, anything is possible! Watching “Big Nate” progress from barely being about to do the agility rings to not wanting to stop is a moment I’ll never forget!

🚨 Hurts Now, Pays Off Later Achievement! 🚨 XC Runner, Tuff competed in his 1st run since training w/ me and stopped by to show me how well he did! He knocked off 2 mins and 10 seconds from a year ago. He finished 1st in his age group from 12th a year ago and the biggest accomplishment is he finished 1st Overall!! Congratulations, Tuff Dickens!
