Welch Alumni Gathering planning meeting Saturday, October 4th, 2:00 pm.

An alumni planning meeting is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, October 4th at 2:00 pm at the Heartland Clubhouse in Donelson. This meeting’s purpose is to discuss the planning of the Alumni Gathering scheduled for February 7, 2026, and also some other alumni business. If you are interested in joining us in person or by zoom, please let us know.
Here are a few things you can do before the meeting.
1. Let use know if you plan to attend or if you want to zoom in to the meeting.
2. Send any suggestions you have to make the 2026 gathering a success.
3. Pray for The Gathering, those planning it, for Jon's recovery, the weather, etc.
