Construction Contractor Licenses available!

The Limited Residential (BC-Ar) license is designed for jobs totaling less than $125,000. It is not accepted in every county; in some cases a Residential Contractor License must be obtained.

There is no exam required to obtain the Limited Residential license.

A course from an approved community college is the only requirement.

This license allows licensees to bid on and contract work for construction, remodeling, repair, or improvement projects of a single-family dwelling.
