The SASF is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to recognizing interscholastic and academic achievements by SHS students.

Since their founding in 2015, the SASF has awarded over $150,000.00 in scholarships to the graduation seniors of Southern High School.

Why does your support matter?

The Southern Alumni Scholarship Foundation has awarded $713,750 in scholarships to graduating seniors of Southern High School — helping deserving young men and women continue their education and pursue brighter futures.

We believe education is the great equalizer. By providing deserving students with greater access to post-secondary education, we’re investing not only in their futures, but in the future of Southern Anne Arundel County.

Last week we were able to award 34 Scholarships equaling $47,000 to Southern high school graduating seniors for their continued education. Congratulations to the Class of 2026! Thank you to all of our donors, sponsors, alumni, and supporters that helped make this possible!

Congratulations to all of the student athletes! Our foundation is proud of each of them!

Last night, Southern High School Student Athletes were recognized for the achievements during their sports careers. We were able to award 31 seniors awards & scholarships in the amount of $43,300. This brings our total impact since 2014 to $667,050.
Congratulations to these seniors, their coaches and their families! 🎓
