Milk supply normally varies somewhat throughout the day and over weeks and months. As long as baby is allowed to nurse on cue, your milk supply will accomodate baby's needs. However, when mom is pumping part-time or full-time, pumping output can become an issue due to a few factors.

I just saw this and had to share because it is so ON POINT!! Why wouldn’t you want gravity to help you in this situation? It’s good to know all your options before going into labor, and hospitals do have squat bars to help get into the squatting positions.

This can be an issue for many moms during the postpartum period. One remedy I found when looking into it for a previous client was using milk of magnesia as a deodorant...and she reported that it really worked! Her tip was to leave it out in a little dish and it actually turned more into a paste to put on. If you try it, let me know if it worked for you!
