Excited to announce that Make Ads with Me leadership, Jessica Lomasson & Marina Beldi, are partnering with Deutsch NY to plan the hackathon portion of their inaugural FREE, virtual summer camp program! The full program is from August 2nd – August 6th and is open to all rising talent looking to learn about the world of Advertising.

I’ve always struggled to understand how an industry built upon creativity and uniqueness has such a cookie-cutter definition of success.

I often find myself wondering, why are so many people trying so hard to achieve the same awards, jobs, and honors that countless others already have—perhaps even more quickly and better than they ever could? Instead, why aren’t we asking ourselves, what will I do differently?

This is a very true confession of mine that took me a long time to admit.
And it all started from not spending enough time to build a portfolio representative of my capabilities in the beginning of my career- instead, I polished a turd.
