After being pursued by the University of Florida to give lectures on career development for numerous classes over the past 8 years, we realized that students were not formulating a systematic approach to interviewing. In steps i3, the leader in interview consulting. Newell Fox, international business mogul and serial entrepreneur, saw a need to join forces with Jason Wingenbach, former national #1 sales representative in the medical device arena and current IT consultant, with a mission to help mentor college students that are overwhelmed and under prepared due to lack of experience in career development. Our four step methodology, when applied correctly, will empower our mentored with the confidence to handle any interview situation with which they may be faced. With contacts reaching throughout the state university system in Florida, the University of Florida, University of Miami and Florida State University, Newell and Jason have additionally started to reach out to universities throughout the country. Our main focus is the college population, but regardless of what age you are or which career path you are on we believe that everyone can benefit from our proven process!
