UF adds Early Decision admissions option starting Fall '27 UF announced Thursday it will add Early Decision as an admission application option, providing first-time students with the opportunity to secure their spot in the Gator Nation at an earlier stage of the admissions cycle.

Congratulations to our 40 Gators Under 40 honorees representing UF College of Medicine 🐊🩺

Dr. Lattisha Bilbrew and Dr. Adam Holtzman!

Bilbrew joined the University of Florida College of Medicine for a hand and upper extremity fellowship, one of medicine’s most competitive subspecialties. She is the first Black female graduate of UF’s hand and upper hand extremity fellowship, breaking barriers as a orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgeon, author and community leader.

Holtzman is a triple Gator, earning his bachelor’s degree, doctor of medicine and residency training at the University of Florida before joining the faculty at UF Health Proton Therapy Institute.
