Here is her advice to you!
“Some advice that I would give is to keep an open mind and open heart throughout the entire process. Recruitment can be very stressful, but also very rewarding if you see the good in every house. There is something unique and different in every house, so it is good to try and get to know everyone the best you can!“

When I was going through recruitment my Rho Gamma was a huge help to me and I wanted to be able to do that for someone else. Meet Grace, our first Rho Gamma we are spotlighting 🌟

Here is why she wanted to be a Rho Gam:
“I wanted to be a Rho Gamma because my Rho Gammas meant so much to me during my recruitment process. I always had someone to talk to and confide in no matter what during recruitment. I want to be that someone for all the incoming PNMs! I know how overwhelming recruitment can feel at times, and I would love to help create a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone going through the process.”

To future PNMs, this is Grace’s advice to you:
“My advice to PNMs is to have fun during their recruitment process. Recruitment can be scary and nerve-wracking, but when you let yourself have fun with other PNMs and houses, you will find exactly where you are meant to be. Trust the process and stay true to yourself throughout the week, because the connections you make will feel the most genuine when you are being your most authentic self.”
