Let’s hear why rising Junior Ally, a Dance and Marketing major, chose AXO!

Coming from a state 8 hours away, I was really nervous about being able to find my place. I had never been the best at making friends, or really finding my people until I met the girls of Alpha Chi Omega. Every time I would walk by the house, I felt like I wanted to be there, and upon entering, I felt wanted to be there. Going through recruitment was nerve racking to me, but it was the best choice I have ever made because it allowed me to find my best friends in Alpha Chi. These ladies have never once made me feel out of place, and have seen me go through quite literally every emotion with no judgement. I feel so accepted and have become such a better person throughout my first two years of being an Alpha Chi, surrounded by love and support around every door and corner of the house. Not only have I found sisters, but I have found lifelong best friends! LITB

Last weekend, our President SG, Advisor Elaina, as well as some Tau Alum traveled to Dallas for the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority 2026 convention! It was an amazing weekend filled with sisterhood and so much fun! LITB ❣️🤠

Being in a sorority was never on my bingo card; in high school I was always closed off and didn’t talk to people much. After just one semester at Brenau, the lovely ladies of the lyre showed me to not be afraid to be myself and how easy it is to make such great friends along the way. Since joining Alpha Chi, I have strengthened my connections with so many people, got the best big anyone could ask for, and most importantly, have seen myself flourish in my confidence and friendships. Thank you AXO for showing me genuine people and for creating wonderful memories with so many more to come! LITB❤️💚

Let’s hear why rising Junior Audrey, a Business Management major, chose AXO!

I didn’t come to Brenau wanting to go Greek. In fact I actively avoided it despite my now sisters efforts to get me to sign up for recruitment. I watched some of my friends go through recruitment and began spending time in the Alpha Chi house. Even before I was a member, I felt welcomed in alpha chi by everyone. When I became a member, that love I was shown didn’t end but just became stronger. I don’t have a super supportive family of my own but Alpha Chi has given me a family that I know will be there for me no matter what and will enthusiastically cheer me on in everything I do. These women are truly my sisters, they are people I want at my graduation, wedding, and every other big life event I have in the future. I’m beyond blessed to call Alpha Chi Omega my home.

I was drawn to Alpha Chi by the kindness and openness that I was met with when I first entered the house. At first I was shy but everyone included me in conversation and made me feel like I was already their good friend! I stay in Alpha Chi because I feel so much support and love from every one of my sisters. The women of Alpha Chi want nothing but the best for eachother!!! As a transfer student I was so afraid that I wouldn’t have enough time to make close friendships that will last a lifetime but I was so lucky to be able to make those friendships in AXO!
