ACIS Lab Cloud Computing, Cyberinfrastructure for e-science, Autonomic Computing, Computer Architecture, and Peer-to-Peer Computing and Software Defined Networking.

ACIS is home to faculty, students, researchers, technical staff and distinguished visitors and has extensive collaborations with other scientists and research organizations. The ACIS lab is currently equipped with state-of-the-art computing, storage and networking facilities, and has a unique environment for experimental research and design of distributed systems that use virtualization software d

eveloped by commercial and open-source projects. In addition to personal computers used by ACIS researchers, the ACIS lab owns and operates over 275 servers consisting of approximately 2000 processor cores, 10 TB of memory, and 675 TB of storage. These servers are managed in clusters dedicated to specific projects and platforms. The ACIS Lab has received financial support from the following sponsors:
