We are proud to announce that at the Phi Alpha Delta International Biennial Convention, the Fletcher Chapter got first place in the Outstanding Professional Program category for its “Email Etiquette in the Legal Profession” event. A big thanks to the John Marshall Bar Association for co-sponsoring this event, to our esteemed panelists and moderator, and to all attendees. We also had the wonderful surprise to see our former Justice, Pausha Taghdiri, at the convention!

PSA: If you have not made the pledge for Phi Alpha Delta, come to the meeting tomorrow in 355C and we will have you do your pledge at the end of the meeting. It will only take a few minutes!

Come get your PAD chords today if you are picking up for someone or getting your own! We are tabling in the courtyard from 10am to 3pm today!

It's not too late to run for PAD's e-board! Elections are Thursday at Noon in 355B. Let any current board member know if you would like to run for Justice, Vice Justice, Clerk, Marshall, or Treasurer. Some positions currently do not have any one running, so now is your time! If you are interested in being our trial team coach, let us know as well. Our trial team goes to Washington, D.C. every year and you can attend whether you are an alternate, coach, or competitor.

PSA: The picnic has been cancelled as not enough mentees could attend. But if we do a community service project, we will open it up to undergrad PAD as well.

Congratulations and welcome to our new members! A big round of applause to the E-board for making the initiation possible and a special thanks to the undergrad Phi-Alpha Delta chapter for coming out! Best of luck to those trying out to become a part of the Fletcher trial team!
