What a year! Congratulations to all of the students honored at this past Summit ceremony, it was amazing to see all of the hard work from our students culminate into their graduation from the Innovation Academy program.

We cannot wait to see what these students go on to do in the world. Thank you and good luck everyone!

Last week our IA students presented their innovations and once again they produced some amazing prototypes that were developed throughout the semester.

Attention graduating seniors and families of graduating seniors. Summit is tomorrow! A couple of quick reminders for everyone: The event starts at 3pm and will take place in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom. You can visit the UF parking website to see available parking, but please give yourself enough time to park and find the venue so we can start the event promptly. IA students, MentorGNV is opening applications for the fall 2026 semester.

MentorGNV is an organization that provides mentors – in the form of UF students like you – for the students of Alachua County Public Schools. Our mentors volunteer in local elementary, middle, and high schools each week to serve as a source of continuous support, companionship, and empowerment for students in our local community. Mentors support their mentees academically, socially, mentally, and emotionally each week as they navigate school and life. We believe that by simply being there for our mentees, we can have a profound impact on their lives, and ultimately, on our whole community.
