Today, we take a moment to thank those who paid the ultimate price to secure our freedom. James Suh (left) was a brother of Alpha Epsilon who gave his life to his country in Operation Red Wing to save the lives of a trapped fellow SEAL Team. James and others who have served our country will never be forgotten 🇺🇸

Today, we mourn the loss of a brother, friend, and inspiration to our chapter. Those who knew Alex will always remember his ability to light up a room with his presence, and bring smiles to the faces of everyone around him. Alex, you will be missed greatly. Rest easy brother 🌹

Let’s take a look at an AE alumni who deserves a spotlight, Mike Sullivan.
Brother Sullivan began his time at the Alpha Epsilon chapter of Pi Kappa Phi when he pledged in the Fall '68 as a political science major. It was clear from early on that he had a passion for our brotherhood and wished to serve the chapter in any way he could. During his time as an undergraduate with AE, Brother Sullivan served on the executive board as the Chaplain, and then as the Vice Archon.
After graduating from the University of Florida with his Bachelor's degree, Brother Sullivan went on to serve as a law enforcement agent in Ft. Lauderdale for ten years, and then as an FBI agent for four years in New York City. In the years following his law enforcement career, Brother Sullivan took his passion for leadership and innovation to the business world. Over the years, Brother Sullivan has held executive roles at many notable companies, including TV Guide, The News Group, Source Interlink Companies, and most recently, E4 Media Advisory Group, a media consulting firm, where he is the President and CEO.
Brother Sullivan's contributions to Alpha Epsilon did not stop after his undergraduate career, however. In 2007, he answered the call to service once again and began to serve on AE's alumni board. He began to see the need for new organization and leadership, and now serves as the President of Alpha Epsilon's alumni board. Over the last 12 years, Brother Sullivan has been at the forefront of our chapter's growth and development, including organizing the AE Capital Campaign, working through architectural plans for the chapter house, and facilitating one of the largest fundraising initiatives our chapter has ever seen.
Brother Sullivan encourages the active chapter to work together with their brothers to achieve their goals, because "it's how we got where we are today." It is thanks to Brothers like Mike Sullivan who are willing to dedicate their time and hard work to their chapter that Alpha Epsilon is in our current position with a new chapter house, and a thriving alumni and active chapter. We would like to thank Brother Sullivan for his many contributions to Pi Kappa Phi over the years. We look forward to having you back to 419 Fraternity Row shortly.
