Gainesville Electrical Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee Our apprenticeship school is federally registered with the Department of Labor. Apprentices are required to attend class 2 nights per week, 3 hours each night.

It is a 5 year program, with guaranteed raises every year the required hours are met. (Excluding holidays, semester & summer breaks)
We also provide you with a full time job with one of our electrical contractors, where you will train to become a construction electrician. If you are looking for a career in the electrical construction industry, please apply in person at 2420 NE 17th Terrace, Gaines

Our program offers above average wages, company paid health insurance, company paid retirement plan, and tuition free training while you learn to become an electrician. Must be at least 18 yrs. old, Drivers License and GED or HS Diploma required for entry in to apprenticeship. Drug test is required for all new hires. There is a $25 refundable application fee, to ensure serious, qualified applicants.
