Does your child struggle with sleep? ๐ค
According to ADHD and sleep specialists Joel Nigg, Ph.D., and Elizabeth Super, M.D., healthy sleep habits can make a big difference in a child's overall well-being.
๐กA consistent bedtime routine, such as reading or talking about the best part of the day, helps children develop positive sleep habits.
๐ก Teens should avoid heavy meals, intense exercise, and screens for at least an hour before bed, as blue light can reduce melatonin production and make it harder to sleep.

AOl Summer Reading2026 ๐
๐Required Reading Whole School: Charlotte's Web by E.B. White๐
Students are required to read 1000 minutes this summer and complete the required tracking pages. All students, teachers, and staff will read Charlotte's Web. All other books are student-choice, although the titles recommended by Mrs. Kity and your teachers are a great place to start. We hope you'll give them a try!
๐ Bring your completed tracking pages to school on the first day or to Open House.
