Great turnout on June 2, 2026 for the Landowner Opportunities and Resources Workshop in Columbia County.
Landowners met with agency reps from USDA, Florida Forest Service, FWC, UF IFAS Extension, SFFGS, Certified Tree Farm, Florida Farm Bureau, State Implementation Committee, Florida Land Steward Partnership, North Florida Cattlemen's Association, North Florida Prescribed Burn Association, Alachua Conservation Trust, and the Florida Women Landowners.
Agency reps presented information on programs and funding available to help landowners develop land management strategies and sustain value in their acreage.
The Gator Nation was in full force as most of those reps are UF alumni. See some familiar faces?
Congrats are in order!
