π’ Call for Papers β FJIL 2026 Spring Symposium Issue
The Florida Journal of International Law is now accepting submissions from scholars and practitioners on the law of defensive uses of force.
We welcome articles addressing obligations under International Law when contemplating or responding to uses of force β particularly those exploring state responsibility toward aggressors, third parties, and retaliatory targets.
π Submissions: 10,000β25,000 words, Microsoft Word format, Bluebook (21st ed.) citations, footnotes only.
