From the Classroom to the Kitchen!
Our Culinary students took an exciting next step this week with their first hands-on cooking class in the kitchen! After spending time in the classroom learning the fundamentals, students were able to put those lessons into practice and get some real experience in the kitchen.

This new program, overseen by Ms. Chambless, is giving students the opportunity to build practical skills, gain confidence, and discover the art of cooking. We can’t wait to see what they cook up next!

Our Freshmen made their class pilgrimage to St. Augustine today, visiting the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche, learning about the history behind the Mission Nombre de Dios, and having Mass together at the Cathedral Basilica. Thanks to Deacon Demers and all our chaperones for this wonderful experience to welcome our to SFCA!
