They may be one of Florida’s most complained-about insects, but swarms are short-lived, harmless and even helpful in their early life stages, University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences researchers say.

Dr. Stuart R. Bell Unanimously Recommended as Sole Finalist for University of Florida President The University of Florida Presidential Search Advisory Committee unanimously recommended Dr. Stuart R. Bell to the Board of Trustees as the sole finalist to serve as the university’s 14th president.

UF Online recently held a 'Breakfast of Champions’ celebration in honor of another U.S. News and World Report No. 1 ranking. In attendance were UF Interim President Donald Landry, M.D., Ph.D., and Interim Provost Joe Glover, Ph.D., both sharing remarks with attendees.
