🐾 READY TO LEND A PAW? 🐾

Our school community is stronger because of the amazing parents, grandparents, family members, and friends who volunteer their time to support our students!

If you’re planning to volunteer at Chiles Elementary this school year, now is the time to get started! Volunteers must complete a new application each school year and be approved before volunteering.

🐾 LEVEL I volunteers can help with:
• Classroom activities
• Library
• Office
• Most PTA events
• Events and special activities

🐾 LEVEL II volunteers are needed for opportunities such as:
• Field trips
• Mentoring
• Tutoring without direct supervision

Planning to chaperone a field trip? Once your Level I application is approved, you’ll receive instructions for applying for Level II. Level II requires additional screening, including fingerprinting, and costs $82 (valid for 5 years).

REMINDER: Kindergarten & New Family Breakfast is TOMORROW!

We can’t wait to welcome our Kindergarten families and families who are new to Chiles! 🥰

Join us for a light breakfast and coffee while you meet other parents, learn more about the Chiles PTA, and discover ways to get involved in your child’s school experience.

IMPORTANT: Please enter through the cafeteria entrance for the breakfast.

No RSVP is needed, and the breakfast is for parents and guardians only.
