While Prissy’s name and produce record may make her seem royal, she galloped across the pasture yesterday playing with some younger horses. But at 29 years old, she can do what she wants💙

Now it’s the mares’ turn! We’ve crunched the numbers from August 19 at the 2026 NSBA World Championship Show, and there are some impressive maternal families behind yesterday’s results.

Prissy Legs takes the #1 spot, with her offspring earning an impressive $11,524. One Hot Mouse follows in second with four offspring earning a combined $9,628, while Brandys Silver Sheik rounds out the Top Three with two offspring earning $7,779.

There’s plenty to notice beyond the earnings, too. One Hot Mouse and Whos Cheating Who each had four offspring among the 316 horses represented in the day’s results, while Brandys Silver Sheik and A Good Sweet Peach were each represented by two.

And we’re seeing some familiar mares continue to pop up in these daily rankings. One Hot Mouse was also in our August 18 Top 10, while Whos Cheating Who, Boys Move Over and Beyond My Best have each appeared among our leaders on previous days.

That consistency is exactly why we love looking at the dam side of the pedigree. 💗

UF Kruzeninmycaddy has joined the Manatee County Sheriff's Department and is already hard at work. We love seeing our young horses go on to successful careers😍

Our School Resource Deputies had a fantastic time with several dozen kids at this year’s Harmony in the Streets Summer Camp at Palm View K-8 in Palmetto.

The free camp gave children ages 6-12 the chance to enjoy games, activities, and plenty of summer fun while building positive relationships with deputies. Campers also got an up-close look at Sheriff's Office vehicles, horses, specialized equipment, and some of our special teams.

A special thank you to the Florida Sheriff Youth Ranches for sponsoring the camp and to the School District of Manatee County for allowing us to host the camp at Palm View K-8 for the second year in a row. We’re already looking forward to next summer!

Breeding season has come to an end and we can't wait to meet the next generation! Thank you for believing in our program.

Wafer finally gave up her baby and foaling season is done. Andy (My Sleepy Valentine X CertainlyIresistable) closed out the season with a win in the cutest baby contest 😄. Thank you Cindy and Donnie McCraw and Riverside Ranch Stallions for such a wonderful breeding opportunity. He’ll be the double threat in the show pen with talent and looks and we can’t wait💙.
