The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides evaluation and referral, consultation services, workshops, training sessions and support groups.

The EAP is is housed in Room 245 of the Student Health Care Center (Infirmary Building). The EAP check-in and waiting area is completely separate from the student check-in and waiting

Active listening is the best gift couples can give each other. Whether it is a romantic partner, friend, colleague, parent, sibling or child, attending to the emotional needs of another through presence, empathy, and reflective listening can increase your connection and contribute to a positive, mutual relationship moving forward. Learn and practice skills for active listening, discuss obstacles and discover ways to overcome your own emotional barriers that may limit your ability to listen effectively.
