That’s what students across UF gave back to their communities this year.

Today we’re proud to recognize one of our PaCE students among those honored. Kelsey Reader, an undergraduate studying Advertising, was recognized with the Presidential Service Award for her service this year.

Showing up consistently, putting in the time and doing work that actually matters, that’s what this kind of impact looks like in practice.

The work didn’t stop at graduation.

Jennifer Martocci, a graduate in Entomology and Nematology, was recognized with the Presidential Service Award this year after completing hundreds of hours of service in her community.

Across the University of Florida, students contributed more than 83,000 hours of service this year, each hour representing time, effort and real impact.

Now continuing into graduate study, she’s carrying that commitment forward. Congratulations, Jennifer! 🐊✨
