🏐 ANOTHER DUB FOR THE LADY LEOPARDS! 🐆🔥

The Gainesville Lady Leopards took another BIG win on Friday, defeating the 16-3 S&S Rams on their home court in 4 sets!

We started slow, dropping Set 1, 21-25, but this team responded with grit and determination, taking the next three:

What makes us even more proud than the scoreboard is watching these girls grow every single day — as athletes, as volleyball players, and most importantly, as humans. The growth, resilience, confidence, and belief this team is building is something special. 🖤❤️

They’re learning to fight, learning to trust each other, and learning just how good they can be when they stay together.

Proud is an understatement. Keep climbing, Lady Leopards. 🐆🏐

🔥🐆HISTORY MADE! 🐆🔥

The Gainesville Lady Leopards Varsity Volleyball team picked up their first win since August 13, 2024—and what a way to do it!

Today, our girls took down the #25-ranked 3A team in the state of Texas, Bells, in an absolute 3-set thriller:

🏐 26-28
🏐 25-17
🏐 25-10

We couldn’t be more proud of this group. They fought, believed, stayed together, and showed exactly what this team is capable of.

And guess what? This is only the beginning. ❤️🖤

There are so many great things ahead for these Lady Leopards, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!

Keep believing. Keep battling. Keep building. 🐾

Due to the expected heat advisory this evening, the Gainesville vs Pilot Point football scrimmage time has been changed. The Freshman scrimmage will start at 6:00 PM, followed by the Varsity scrimmage at 7:30 PM.

Dear Junior High Parents,

This is an update regarding football equipment pickup for the junior high boys. The equipment pickup has been postponed in order to allow more time for physicals, Rank One paperwork, and SWAY testing to be completed. The new pickup times are:

Friday, August 7th from 5:00–6:30 p.m.
Monday, August 10th from 5:00–6:30 p.m.

Please note that ALL of the above requirements must be completed before equipment can be picked up. If your child still needs a physical, Absolute Urgent Care is offering them for $35, please call them to schedule.

Mandatory Girls Athletics Parent Meeting Update:

The Mandatory Girls Athletics Parent Meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 13, at 6:00 PM.

If your student is participating in any girls sport during the 2026–2027 school year, both the athlete and a parent or guardian are required to attend. During this meeting, we will review the updated Girls Athletics Handbook, including our program standards, expectations, policies, and procedures.

Thank you for your flexibility as we’ve adjusted the date. We know how busy family schedules can be, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and commitment to supporting our student-athletes. We look forward to seeing everyone on August 13!

Make sure your student-athlete is ready for the upcoming school year!

✅ New Physical Required
All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th graders must have a current physical on file before participating in any athletic activity, including athletic periods.

✅ Annual Online Paperwork Required
Per UIL rules, all athletes must complete online forms every year prior to participation.
