We have some incredible speakers and the students really worked hard to put together an engaging event full of interesting talks! The Dial Center is hiring a new Office Manager (Administrative Specialist I).

The Administrative Specialist I provides day-to-day administrative support for the William & Grace Dial Center for Speech and Communication Studies. This position serves as the primary administrative liaison for the unit and works closely with the Center Director, Center leadership, and key CLAS support partners to ensure smooth ex*****on of fiscal, HR, academic support, and office operations. The role requires a highly skilled individual to manage the fiscal, human resources, and operational elements of the unit, as well as to exercise discretion with confidential information, demonstrate independent follow-through, and establish and maintain efficient administrative processes that support the Center’s daily needs and long-term objectives. This position interacts regularly with faculty, students, and visitors to the program, and it requires a communicatively competent professional to fulfill the role.
