参加表明をされたものの、来られない方、もしくは口頭でJAG担当の先生たちにに次週の欠席を伝えてくださった方に、大変恐縮ではございますが、欠席される週については、木曜日または金曜日の朝までに、再度メッセージでご連絡いただけますでしょうか。JAGのレッスン中は我々がかなり忙しく動いておりますので、記憶に留めておくことが難しい場合がございます。大変申し訳ございません！

ボランティアの方々が多く参加してくださり、JAGは非常にスムーズに運営されておりますが、生徒が少ない場合はボランティアの方々をお休みいただきたいと考えております。

I hope you’re doing well! We have JAG this weekend, and I have one request.
For those who signed up to participate but are unable to attend, or those who have informed teachers at JAG verbally that you will not be attending next week, I kindly ask that you send us a message to confirm your absence by Thursday or Friday morning. During the JAG lessons, we are quite busy, so it can be difficult to keep track of verbal confirmations.

Thanks to the participation of many volunteers, JAG is running very smoothly. However, if the number of students is small, we would like to allow the volunteers to take a break.
