We are essentially on the front line in catastrophic events. Mentally, you have to be in tune. Be empathetic! Understand that some of these people are having what they feel is the worst day of their lives. Long hours! No days off! You are an essential worker!

With that being said, as an independent adjuster, you’re compensated well for the work you’re putting in. If you really learn the industry, it really can be life changing financially! it really comes down to asking yourself what’s most important to you and your family.

For my new adjusters…….

This will be a storm for you to jump in the industry‼️ Due to already experiencing multiple other hurricanes this year, companies will be looking for bodies! Make sure you are active on as many rosters as possible. If the firms are not calling you, then you should be calling them. The smallest offers I’ve seen so far are $30hr and $350 a day. Any questions about anything, don’t hesitate to inbox me. It’s starting to look like Irma in 2017 where almost the entire state will have some impacts!
