Do you have a child attending Letchworth for the 2026-2027 School Year?

We are updating our process for acquiring student arrival and dismissal information. Each student's information needs to be updated before the start of the new school year. In order to help with this process, we are asking you to please complete this form no later than July 31, 2027 to ensure we have the the correct transportation ready for your child. If, at any time during the school year, the information you provide in this form changes, please send a note in with your child or call the school office(s). The New York State Office of Mental Health and Department of Health are hosting in-person and virtual meetings this summer to gather recommendations to improve mental health services for children with complex mental health needs. Meetings are scheduled throughout the state between late July and mid-September to hear directly from families, youth, providers, stakeholders, and anyone who supports young people with mental health needs requiring intensive services. The focus of these meetings is to help inform the redesign of intensive home and community-based mental health services for children and families statewide, with an emphasis on improving access, quality, and outcomes.
