In developing Leadership Surge, we've found monthly leadership trainings the most effective. Over the course of 18-24 months, Leadership Surge will meet monthly with your employees using a blended approach to learning including live sessions, video on demand and webinars. This method allows for comprehensive, life-changing leadership development.
