Girls Basketball Summer League Tryouts are almost here! Varsity and Junior Varsity tryouts are Monday, June 1, at 5:30 pm.

Boys Basketball Junior Varsity Summer League Tryouts are today at 3:30 pm in the gym. Additional tryouts will be held May 27th at 4 pm for rising 9th graders (current 8th grade).

The Eastside Orange and Green Spring Game will be at Citizens Field on Thursday at 7 pm. The Anthony Richardson Sr. Presentation to Retire his uniform will be at Halftime. https://gofan.co/event/6619892

The Spring Football Game vs Vanguard High will be moved off of Friday due to conflicts with the Morgan Wallen concert this week. The new date, which could be as early as tomorrow, will be announced later today.

The Softball Team will celebrate its Seniors prior to the start of tonight's 6:30 pm game against the Cedar Key Sharks!

A reminder that all incoming 9th graders must have an Elecrtocardiogram (EKG) and an EL2 form physical to play sports in high school. UF Health is doing both for FREE tonight and Wednesday.

The Softball team hosts the Hawthorne Hornets tonight at 6:30 pm. Tonight will be the first 5 home games between now and April 21: https://gofan.co/event/6449822

Thank you to Volleyball coach Rachel Williams for her four years of warmth and hard work heading the program. Williams, who stepped down after the 2025 season, took the team to back to back 11-win seasons in 2023 and 2024. The Eastside Athletic department has posted the open position on the Alachua County Public Schools website if you are interested.
