This past weekend we had the pleasure of serving at PKMK Retreat! Our team had the opportunity to lead worship for the kids services as well as serving as counselors for both kids and youth.
We’re reflecting on this encouragement from .harves in this weeks Student Devos! We’re thankful to serve a God whose ways, thoughts and plans are much higher and better than ours!

Today we had the pleasure of doing our first service of the year with LifePoint Church in Front Royal VA. These 3 students did a great job sharing their stories and their heart with the congregation!

We’re excited to see the launch of Called College through the Illinois District! They have the same mission and focus as us. We believe this is just the beginning. In the future, you will see more and more districts take a similar approach to training young ministers.

Our second annual Salvation Army Scavenger Hunt is in the books and new champs have been crowned!
Wonder who’s going to be signing on next year 👀
This is always a great event to get students out of their comfort zones, connect with other new students and learn the new town they live in.
Move in day was a success! Now we move on to the next stage of welcoming our new students 👀

Why? Psalm 73 - Ascent College The Biblical Authors were bothered by this too. Psalm 73 is one of many passages where a Biblical character struggles with this.

After wrapping up, our first completed year of PSL, it wouldn’t have been possible without our partnership with these three local churches.
We spread out our interns between these three locations and the churches provide oversight, experience, pastoral care, and much more for our students.

This group started with a prayer that the Lord would raise up the next generation of ministers in the Potomac Network. This prayer continues as we near the end of our first year and begin prep for year 2!
