I provide all meals and snacks while your child is in my care. Rates are based on hours in care and age. I have no set rates, everyone's hours and situation is different. Early bird rates are $2/hr or any part of an hour before 6:00 am. Extended hour rates are $2/hr or any part of of an hour after 5pm. Mother’s day out (drop in) welcome. unt. Parents will get one week of vacation per 12 month period at no charge. Anything over that will be the regular weekly rate. Children kept on any holidays listed below will be an extra $10 for the day. I will be available to watch children on these holidays unless advanced notice is given in advance stating otherwise. Rates are set for either weekly or daily. If your child attends full time or has a set number of days they come per week then you will be charged that amount even If they miss a day. If your child only comes occasionally or the number of times per week changes a lot then you will only be charged for the days they come that week. However, once you tell me they are coming you will be charged even if they don’t end up coming. Payment is due the first day of the week your child is here. For example; If your child attends 5 days a week payment for the week is due at drop off Monday. If your child attends Tues., Wed. and Fri. payment is due at drop off on Tues. Certain exceptions may be made in advance for special circumstances. Occasionally I will have to miss a day for doctors appointments, my children’s activities or an emergency. At this time I have a backup and you will be expected to bring your child just as any other day. If something happens and my backup is unavailable you will not be charged for that day. As part of my children’s home schooling we will occasionally go on field trips. If your child is old enough to enjoy the trip I will gladly take them along with us at parents cost. These should be no more than once a month and probably not that often. All parents should keep in mind that this is my job. As much as I enjoy what I do it is still my income. It is not ok for you to let someone else keep your children for a day just to save you some money and not have to pay me. That would be like your boss telling you that they don't need you today, someone else is going to do your job for free.
