Take the trash out: Today our Toddlers talked about our environment and the importance of keeping it clean. We asked open-ended questions like what they see on the streets when they go for a walk or when they visit places like River,sea,what kind of things do they see on the ground and were there any trash sitting out there? Then we set up the table with some containers one carried with water and some items and the other one carried with soil and some objects mixed in. Children use tongs to pick up the trash and place it into a trash bucket. This activity encourages children to think about taking care of the environment while developing their fine motor skills and hand and eye coordination.

Today Pre-K participated in an activity called “Oh No! Oil Spill.” The children explored ways to help protect the environment by learning how harmful things can affect nature. They followed directions and worked together to solve problems while discussing ways to help clean up the spill. This activity supported language development, cognitive skills, communication, and environmental awareness. 🌎

Today our preschool class practiced scooping food from the bowl during mealtime, building independence and fine motor skills.

From sensory play with spaghetti and hands-on building with marshmallows, to snack-time conversations and creative coloring activities — our little learners have been busy exploring, creating, and growing together.

Each activity is designed to strengthen fine motor skills, encourage teamwork, spark creativity, and build confidence in a fun and engaging way. We love seeing their personalities shine as they learn through play!

It’s been a wonderful month full of smiles, discovery, and meaningful moments. 🌟

Today our kids work together to build a bird nest. We used sticks,leaves, twigs, and real egg and eggshells. They use the imagination while pretending the eggs were safe inside the nest.

Children practice teamwork, communication,while building fine motor skills, creativity and problem solving skills. They learned about nature and animals by exploring how birds build their nest.

Last but certainly not least, we would like to highlight our most recent additions to the Treehouse family. Katie is new to our administration team and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has already proven to be a great asset to the team. Upeka is also new to the team, and brings great experience, optimism and is a phenomenal team player. Also, not pictured is Ms Debby and Ms Alysia. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication and are so lucky to have you all on our team!
