🌟 Student Spotlight: Carson 🌟

This summer, Carson had the opportunity to attend the FCA All Abilities Sports Camp, where he demonstrated an incredible attitude, outstanding teamwork, and a willingness to use his talents to encourage others. We are so proud that Carson was recognized for his teamwork and the talents he brings both on and off the field.

We can't wait to see Carson continue to grow, learn, and share those talents throughout the school year—in the classroom, with his classmates, and in athletics!

This fall, Carson will also be taking the field with the Carolina Miracle League as he plays baseball. We know he will continue to inspire others with his determination, sportsmanship, and positive spirit.

🌟 CCA Student Spotlight: Carolina 🐴

What a summer it has been for Carolina and her incredible barrel racing journey!
Carolina began the season competing with her horse, Coco, where she earned enough points to currently rank 1st in the Youth 5D Division. Later in the season, she welcomed Be-Bop to her team, and with the expert guidance of her trainer, Marjie Olson of Light Rein Farm, the partnership has grown tremendously in a short amount of time.

Through hard work, determination, and countless hours of practice, Carolina has climbed to 2nd in the Youth 2D Point Standings. She has also stepped into the Open Divisions, competing against riders of all ages and experience levels, qualifying in the 3D, 4D, and 5D divisions.

Her dedication has earned her a spot at the State Finals in December and the Youth World Championship next July!
At Cherokee Charter Academy, we are proud not only of Carolina's success in the arena but also of the qualities she displays every day—confidence, perseverance, sportsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. She is a wonderful example of what it means to work hard and chase your dreams.
