OUR REQUIREMENTS:
140 days for K-8; 180 days for grades 9-12
Two progress reports submitted annually (1 per semester)
Learning plan submitted each fall
All homeschool methods & curriculum welcomed
Working and single parents welcomed. We offer 3 diploma options- Standard, Academic, & Advanced. Approved graduation exam required for high school graduation. Fees: $25 application fee
Upon acceptance, each family pays a one time registration fee of $25 and $150 tuition is due annually. Fees and tuition are per family, not per child. SERVICES OFFERED:
We offer a dedicated Office/Resource Center staffed on Thursdays from 10am-4pm to assist our families with Driver's license and insurance forms, driver and work permits, transcript requests, scholarship and college applications, grade reporting, etc. We have 2 school administrators and a Office Assistant available to assist families with curriculum and courses. Both hard copy and online reporting options are available for your convenience in submitting grades and attendance. We hold a National Beta charter with active, community service-oriented JR (5-8th) & SR (9-12) Beta Clubs. We hold a National Key Club charter with an active, community service-oriented Key Club (9-12th grade), Builders Club (4-8th grade), K-Kids Club (K-3rd grade). We hold a National Charter for an active American Heritage Girls Club. We offer a high school prom, a formal graduation ceremony, and homeschool events and activities on a regular basis. Transcript services, along with scholarship, FAFSA, and college application help is available upon request. Our Curriculum Corner, a used curriculum sales area, is available at our Resource Center. We offer "Considering Homeschool" meetings during the summer and at the beginning of each school year for families who are considering homeschooling their children. Enrollment in Pathways Academy is not required to attend these meetings. Please see the public side or our website for more information. At the beginning of each school year, (the 3rd Thursday in August) we host our Annual Family Fun Day Kick-off for our enrolled families featuring a fun activity area for children along with used book and homeschool materials sale for the parents. Information about area co-op classes, field trips, clubs, park days, activities, and homeschool events for the upcoming school year are also available during this event.
