Today we celebrate and appreciate the incredible custodians who help keep our school clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for our students and staff every single day!

Your hard work often happens behind the scenes, but it makes a BIG difference in our school community. From keeping our classrooms and common areas clean to tackling all the unexpected messes that come with a busy school, we are so grateful for everything you do! 🙌

Hello Fireflies!! See the message and link below from our friends over at Herbert Akins Road Middle School for a fun open studio art night this Friday October 2 from 5-7 pm!

⭐️Our first open studio night is coming and we would LOVE to have you join us! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Ms. Lugo and Mr. George are joining forces to present a night of painting and culture. There are 2 identical sessions on Friday October 2nd: the first is from 5:30-6:15pm and the second is from 6:30-7:15pm.

This event is open to the entire community, not just HARMS families. Feel free to invite anyone you think would enjoy it. Space is limited, so don't wait to grab your tickets. Light refreshments will be provided.

🍂 Mark your calendar! Ballentine Elementary is hosting its annual Fall Fest (formerly known as "Pumpkin Night") on Sunday, October 25, from 4-6 PM! 🎃 Carve or paint a pumpkin, check out the new spirit wear, shop at the Book Fair and enjoy live music, free treats, and end the night collecting goodies along the brand-new Treat Trail! 🍬 Costumes are encouraged. Happy Instructional Assistants Day to the BESt ones around!

Without instructional assistants like you, we'd all be in a real mess ... LITERALLY! Thank you x 1 million for all that you do! The PTA and the front office GOAT, Ms. Henrietta, treated our incredible IAs with a tote bag and a bag full of their favorite things.

💫Mrs. Knott's class was the pledge champions this year and they celebrated with spraying Mr. Hackmann with silly string!

Apex leadership had a blast with all of the Ballentine students charging up their super hero powers to make a positive difference in our community!

The final results are in....drum roll please.....

💸$42,763.68 funds raised for our school!!💸

Thank you to all the fireflies and firefly families for your hard work in accomplishing this for our wonderful school! We can't wait to get to work and start using these funds for:
