Twenty-five dollars is all it costs for six weeks of The Fall Reset. Here is everything that comes with it:

- InBody scans at the beginning and the end, so you can see what actually changed instead of guessing.
- A free nutrition workshop, plus guidance in the app the whole way through.
- One free Small Group Training class every single week.
- A Health Coach in the app and a group of people doing it alongside you.
- Chances to win prizes as you go.

Think back to school, except the subject is you. The goal is not perfection. It is racking up points by showing up for yourself.

🐾 Kitty Yoga is back, and it's going to be purrrrr-fect!

Friday, September 11th from 5:30 to 7:30pm, with the class itself running 6:00 to 7:00pm. We are partnering with Winter's Grace Animal Rescue and Pooch Pad Foundation to raise funds for kittens and humans alike.

It is also an adoption event, so there is a real chance you go home with more than you came with. No pressure. Some pressure.

Members $20, Non-members $30.

🏐 Adult Indoor Volleyball League is back, and registration closes September 9th.

Get your team together now. Here is how the season runs:

September 9th: Meet and greet, and find a team if you do not have one
September 16th: First practice scrimmage with your team, payment due
September 23rd to November 11th: League play, 6:30 to 9:30pm
November 18th: End of season tournament

Teams get one week to confirm players on the roster and one week to practice. If your roster is short of 6 players, individuals who still need a team will be added to it.

Adult league, 18+. Members $30, Non-members $60.

For families following the traditional Wake County calendar, today marks the first day back to school. Once the kids are settled, it may be time to make a little room in the schedule for you.

Our group exercise schedule offers plenty of ways to move, recharge, and feel your best, with classes ranging from yoga and strength training to cardio and everything in between.

Something about September just makes you want to start over. New notebooks, new schedules, back to the routine you had before summer got loud.

The Fall Reset starts September 8th and runs 6 weeks. Back to You. Back to Routine. Back to Strong.

It is a points-based challenge where you decide what stronger looks like. Building muscle, moving better, sleeping better, stressing less, or just feeling like yourself again. You pick the goal, you collect the points.

Members $25. This one is a member challenge, since the points come from actually being here to earn them.

THANK YOU, CLUBWORX!

Another blood drive is in the books, and our community showed up in a big way.

33 people came through to donate, and together we collected 28 units of blood!

We are so grateful to every person who took time out of their day to participate. Your willingness to give helps support patients and families when they need it most, and we are proud to have such a generous community here at ClubWorx.

Congratulations on another incredibly successful blood drive, and thank you for making it happen!
