Next Wednesday, August 5th, Professor John George will be putting on a seminar to raise funds for his daughter, whose husband was just killed in the line of duty. He leaves behind 2 children and a grieving wife. We ask for anyone to donate what they can, with a $20 minimum to attend the seminar. Come out and support and we hope to see you there

Starting tomorrow, June 16th, we will be having kids kickboxing classes at Schell Shock BJJ every Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5 pm so that the kids in our kids BJJ classes at 5:30 pm can attend both classes if they so choose. Open to all kids ages 5-11. To those in the joint Muay Thai AND BJJ family plans, it is included. For those not in the striking programs, it will be $50 a month. Currently for June and July for all the kids out of school to get out some of that summer energy, but if there is enough interest, we may extend these classes. These classes will be taught by top striking instructor Coach Ses Stevenson. Please reach out to me with any questions!

Had 3 in the Fuquay Boxing fights this past weekend and 2 more in Lightning Strikes coming up. Had 2 out of 3 wins and everyone absolutely crushed it.

4 competitors at last weekend’s PKB and all 4 brought home some wins! 3 first place finishes 🏆 and one 2nd place 🥈 All of these athletes have worked hard in the gym leading up to the competition thanks to the help and push from their coaches and teammates. Great job everyone!

Sarah and Philippe brought back 2 gold medals 🥇🥇 from Pans this year. The whole team contributed to their success and we couldn’t be more proud of their ex*****on in competition. Win or lose, everyone puts in the work, and we can’t wait to see more and more students victorious.

Over 80 people on the mats yesterday for the Cam Hurd seminar and Sunday Service training. It’s always great to see the Jiu Jitsu community come together and support each other with plenty of cross training. The vendor fair was a great turn out as well.
